Contact form, e-mail and phone. Your name, e-mail, message and any other details you send us. We use them only to answer your enquiry and to discuss possible cooperation. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep them while handling your enquiry and for no longer than 3 years after our last communication, unless a contract follows.

Technical data about your visit. IP address, browser and device type, time of access. Used to operate and secure the website. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Visit statistics. We use the built-in statistics of the Tilda platform in cookie-free mode and evaluate them only in aggregate, without identifying individuals. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

Necessary: storing your cookie banner choice (in browser storage, 12 months). No consent needed; required for the site to work.

External content – Google Maps (Contacts page): the map loads only after your consent. Google Ireland Limited may then set its own cookies and process your IP address under its policy (policies.google.com/privacy).

The 3D animation on the home page is loaded from Spline Design, Inc. servers, which process your IP address and set no cookies.

We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time: Cookie settings.

We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. It is processed only by our processors to the extent needed to run the website and communicate with you: the Tilda platform (Tilda Publishing – website and form hosting) and our e-mail service provider. Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA (e.g. Google, Spline), this is based on a European Commission adequacy decision (EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object to processing based on legitimate interest and to withdraw your consent at any time. Just write to info@kkgroup.cz; we will reply within one month.

We protect your data with appropriate technical and organisational measures; the website runs exclusively over encrypted HTTPS. No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.
